My father recently had aneurysm surgery and also has a hernia along with diabetes. His doctors suggested a sleep study, which showed he has sleep apnea. Now we're not sure which specialist to see for this should it be a pulmonologist, neurologist, or physician? He already has multiple health issues, so we want to make sure we consult the right doctor for his sleep apnea.

My mom's had these symptoms like fever, cough, cold, and just feeling off for about a week now. The first doctor's tests were kind of inconclusive about whether it was TB or not. So, they sent her to another hospital where they did a bunch of more thorough tests like CT scans and skin tests and said she doesn't have TB. I'm really starting to worry because even though I've been on the treatment for Tuberculosis since early August, I'm not seeing any improvement. I have these persistent symptoms like daily evening fevers and joint pains, and I've stopped losing weight but not gaining back what I lostI used to weigh 62 kg and now I'm stuck at 55 kg. The CECT scan showed some enlarged lymph nodes in different areas like prevascular and hilar regions, and I can't get rid of this feeling that it might be something more serious, like a malignancy. It's been 6 weeks since I started the treatment. Is it time to consider other possibilities or should I stick with the current treatment plan a little longer?
