Your father bilirubin is only slightly raised, suggesting mild liver strain, not serious jaundice. Give him light, low fat meals with more fluids and rest. Since his cholesterol is also a bit high, avoid oily foods. You can take him to the doctor within a week and repeat liver and cholesterol tests after 2 to 3 weeks.

I have been suffering from high fever for 1 week and recently got my tests done. My SGOT is 118 and SGPT is 217.
