Question

Sir my amylase is 174 but previously it was always between 100 and 130. I have pain in the middle abdomen with discomfort, irritation and more gas passing. I am very upset. I have been taking medicine for more than 12 months but no benefit. Why has my amylase suddenly increased and I have middle type pain. Is this reversible. Some time ago I was normal but suddenly my lipase level is normal. I always have discomfort and pain. I have taken a lot of alcohol. The doctor says I have esophagus pain. Please help sir.
