My girlfriend took a pregnancy test and got negative three times after missing her period for 2 weeks. She took Meprate for 3 days and got her period after 2 days with heavy flow for 5 days. Can she still be pregnant? Does Meprate cause periods even if you are pregnant? Please help.

Three negative pregnancy tests after 2 weeks of missed periods strongly suggest she is not pregnant. Meprate (medroxyprogesterone) is usually not effective if someone is pregnant. Getting a 5 day heavy flow after Meprate makes pregnancy highly unlikely. For full confirmation, a Beta HCG blood test can be done.

If a pregnancy test shows one dark line and one light line, does it indicate pregnancy? I checked with a home pregnancy kit yesterday and again after few days and both times showed this result. My last menstrual period was on 1st June, and my cycles are usually on time. My period has not yet arrived this month. What should I do, and how many more days should I wait before testing again?

My last period date was 21st November. In December, I have not had my period yet. Today is 29th December. Yesterday, I had a beta HCG test, and my report showed 162.8 high, marked in red. My doctor said there is nothing to worry and advised repeating the test after 48 hours. In my UPT test, there was a faint line. I am attaching my beta HCG report. Is my report okay?
