There is a bulky left kidney with mild to moderate perinephric fat stranding concerning for acute pyelonephritis. There is cholelithiasis without cholecystitis. I am experiencing sharp ache on the left side of my body. I have a cyst in my left ovary measuring 3.5 cm. I am also having constipation, nausea, a feeling of fullness, and vaginal itching.
