My hemoglobin is low at about 9.8 and lymphocytes are 19. Other blood report values are normal. I am experiencing weakness, low skin yellowness, and my body weight has decreased to 37 kg.

Hb of 9.8 indicates anemia, possibly nutritional. Yellowish skin may suggest bilirubin elevation or B12 deficiency. Weight loss and low Hb requires urgent nutritional and metabolic workup. Start with iron, B12, and folate-rich diet.
Dr. Bhanu Suggests...
Take a COMPLETE BLOOD COUNT (CBC) Test or Take a FERRITIN Test
