My herpes test came back negative, but I am experiencing a burning sensation while urinating and during masturbation. I have also done a urine culture and HIV 1 and 2 tests, which were negative. However, the skin on my penis and shaft looks abnormal. Please see the attached photos and guide me on the next steps. I am getting married next year, so I am concerned and need advice.

Burning during urination and masturbation despite negative herpes, urine culture, and HIV tests may indicate balanitis (local inflammation), frictional irritation, or non infectious causes. Abnormal penile skin appearance can occur due to dryness or irritation. Maintain hygiene, avoid harsh soaps, and apply coconut oil or a mild moisturiser. If symptoms persist, consult a dermatologist or urologist. You may consider a Random Blood Sugar test to rule out diabetes as a cause of recurrent irritation.

I took Methylprednisolone 16 mg for 2 days and stopped. After 3 days, I developed pain on both sides of my head, jaw, and teeth, along with eye redness. My random blood sugar was 112 mg/dL at 7 PM. Please advise how I can manage these symptoms. Could I be at risk of black fungus (mucormycosis)? I am attaching my blood reports, including CBC, CRP, and blood sugar.
