My last period was in the first week of September. I had sex the next week and took an I pill within 48 hours, after which I spotted a few drops of brown blood after five days. I missed my period in October. This month, my period started 10 days late with pink blood accompanied by a transparent sticky discharge. The blood darkened on the second day. This period began with severe lower back pain, left stomach pain, lower abdominal pain, dizziness, a racing heart at night, and nausea. I took a home pregnancy test a week ago, which was negative. I was examined physically, but the doctor was not sure about pregnancy.

Emergency pills like iPill can cause delayed or irregular periods, spotting, and hormonal symptoms. Your symptoms (pain, sticky discharge, dizziness) may be side effects or cycle disruption, not pregnancy. A negative home test after several weeks strongly rules out pregnancy. To be fully sure, do a Beta HCG blood test and pelvic ultrasound.

Take a Beta HCG Test Test or Take a TSH Test (Thyroid Stimulating Hormone) Test

My pregnancy blood test was negative, even after a 55 day delay in my periods. I also experienced weight gain. My doctor prescribed Nostra CR 10 (2 tablets per day). I completed the course 8 days ago, but my periods have still not started. What should I do next?

I have not had my periods since May and I am experiencing abdominal pain that comes in waves. I have already done two pregnancy tests, and both were negative. What could be the reason for this?
