Question

My left testicle hangs much lower than my right one and sometimes feels like it's burning. I've heard about bell clapper deformity causing testicular torsion and I'm worried because I also have bilateral grade 1 varicocele. Could this deformity be why my left testicle hangs differently? Do I need surgery for this or can it be managed with medications?

Lower testicle and mild varicocele can be normal, but persistent pain needs evaluation. Bell clapper deformity may need surgery if torsion risk is high.
