My mom has an 8.07.5 cm uterine fibroid in the right lateral wall and her endometrial echo is 10 mm. She's dealing with heavy bleeding should she go for surgery, and if so, would a hysterectomy or just a myomectomy be better? We're really confused about what to do next and would appreciate some guidance. I've attached her ultrasound pelvis report for reference.

I've been feeling all the pregnancy symptoms latelynausea, throwing up after eating and even when I just drink water. I'm using the bathroom way more than usual, feeling lightheaded all day, and I've got these strange cramps in my lower stomach. But I only just finished my period about a week ago. I'm 9 weeks pregnant and this morning I noticed some watery discharge that was similar to pee. It was just that one time, but now I'm still having some kind of watery discharge, though there's no color or smell. I'm really worried about if this is harmful or not. Could you please let me know if there's something I should be worried about?
