She now experiences very frequent urination. Her recent urine report shows the presence of albumin, low urine volume of 20 ml, amber coloured urine with a turbid appearance, aromatic odor, and sediment containing red blood cells and pus cells in full field. Given these symptoms and lab findings, please advise on the best approach to treat her condition permanently.

The last episode was about 4 months ago, when my urine test showed bacteria and I was prescribed antibiotics by a doctor, after which the problem resolved. Now the issue has come back. I have attached my urine test report. Please advise.

My mother is 74 years old and last week had a urinary tract infection. She took antibiotics and Citralka for 5 days. Now she is feeling better. Her latest urine R/E test report is enclosed. Please advise?

If she is symptom free and urine report shows improvement, no further treatment is needed. Encourage hydration and regular follow up if recurrent UTIs.
