My name is Jagadeesh, and I am a mariner. My height is 179 cm, and my current weight is 90 kg, which I believe is overweight for my height. I am actively trying to lose weight through regular morning walking and light jogging. To support my weight loss efforts, I recently purchased a supplement called Garcinia Cambogia. I would like your expert advice on whether it is safe and effective to take this supplement twice daily, 30 minutes before breakfast and dinner, as mentioned on the label. My goal is to lose at least 5 kg in 30 days. I would appreciate your guidance

While regular walking is excellent, supplements like Garcinia Cambogia are not a substitute for a balanced diet and physical activity. They may not provide sustained results and could have side effects. Please consult a physician before starting any supplements.
