My name is Jagadeesh, and I am a mariner. My height is 179 cm, and my current weight is 90 kg, which I believe is overweight for my height. I am actively trying to lose weight through regular morning walking and light jogging. To support my weight loss efforts, I recently purchased a supplement called Garcinia Cambogia.
