My period was due on 27 July, but I have not got it yet. I had ovulation or intimation around my expected period time. I am having cramps and very little white discharge. I feel as if my menstrual period has started, but it has not. I also did a home pregnancy test, which was negative. I am even checking my urine color, which is white or pale yellow. I am confused about what is happening?

Cramps with delayed periods and white discharge could mean hormonal imbalance or early pregnancy. Home tests may miss low hCG levels. Do a Serum beta hCG test and Pelvic USG to confirm. If negative, periods can be induced.
