My platelets have been very low for the last 16 years. According to the CBC test report of my platelet count is 18000. Please help me find what my problem is?

Persistently low platelet count (less than 20,000) may be due to chronic immune thrombocytopenia (ITP), marrow issues, or genetic disorders. You must take a Bone Marrow Biopsy and ANA test to identify the exact cause and manage risk of bleeding.
Dr. Shaik Suggests...
Take a ANTI NUCLEAR ANTIBODY (ANA) Test or Take a Platelet Count Test Test

View allPlease can someone confirm if this indicates cancer? Recently, I had a very low platelet count of 108,000. I started experiencing bruising on my body and bleeding from gums. I was given medication to increase platelet count. My latest report, done day before yesterday, shows that my platelet count has increased to 533,000. I have attached the report for reference. Could you please advise if there is anything serious in my report and whether there are any indications of cancer?
