My recent health check up report today shows CBC with haemoglobin 13.2, neutrophils 58, RBC 4.24, eosinophils 10, PCV 38.5, lymphocytes 30, monocytes 2, basophils 0, MCV 90.5, platelets 2 lakhs, WBC 5600, and ESR 25. Total cholesterol is 151, previously 187. Triglyceride is 125, previously 297. Fasting sugar is 100, previously 88. SGOT is 22, previously 34. SGPT is 24, previously 56. TSH is 4.5 with normal 0.40 to 4.2. Previously it was 3.4 on 12.09.2021 and 5.6 on 13.04.2021. BP is normal. I am doing regular football playing and diet. My symptoms are gastric issues and emotional imbalance with anger, no other symptoms. Please suggest something for this. What should I do? Are these symptoms of thyroid?

Eosinophilia and borderline TSH may cause mood changes, fatigue. Consider thyroid antibody tests. Your lifestyle is good, continue monitoring.

View allMy recent blood report shows that my TSH level is 12.04. I am a female, currently weighing 83 kg with a height of 6 feet 7 inches. My doctor has prescribed me 50 mcg of Thyronorm. However, a family member who is also a physician suggested that because my TSH level is quite high, I could take 125 mcg instead. I am confused about the correct dosage and would appreciate your guidance based on the report. Thank you.

Hi, my T3 and T4 are high but TSH is normal. I also have PCOS. Can you please suggest if these can be a reason for weight gain? Even with a normal diet, my weight is increasing continuously. Please find the attached blood test report.

Respected Sir, I am a 36 year old lady. I was pregnant last year and delivered by caesarean and got a baby girl as I lost my 6 year old boy earlier. I have another girl of 11 years old. Now after 5 months my period has not started. I tested and my TSH level is 14 while T3 and T4 are normal. During my pregnancy I took 50 mg tablet thyroxine. I am attaching my report. Please suggest me how much mg I should take now? I want to be pregnant again so please suggest me as I am in urgent need. My TSH is 14.03, T3 is 1.03, and T4 is 7.81?
