This is my report I am worried is it CKD or normal because my creatinine level is nearly borderline. Before 10 days it was around 0.80. Can uric acid cause elevation in creatinine?
Answered by 1 Apollo Doctors
A slight fluctuation in creatinine is common and does not mean CKD unless consistently elevated with other kidney function abnormalities. Uric acid may affect kidney health over time but does not directly raise creatinine in the short term. Your symptoms eye pain, dryness, headaches may be linked to migraine, hypothyroidism, or even screen exposure.

Dear Sir, my sister is suffering from swelling on her face and legs due to protein leakage in urine. Her 24 hour urine report shows protein 7.43. She does not have high blood pressure or diabetes. Please suggest treatment. She is 34 years old and weighs 50 kg.

I have been diabetic for the last 15 years. My last blood report shows fasting 109, after lunch 118, creatinine 1.14 mg and GFR 65.52 ml. I have second stage mild kidney loss and weigh 77 kg. Sometimes I have burning sensation during urination. Can you recommend any medicine for my kidney?
