In my report it is mentioned that the semen passed the WHO strict criteria for count and morphology but failed to pass for motility. Can you please explain what this means?

Your sperm count and shape are normal, but the movement motility is low. This can affect fertility but is often manageable with lifestyle changes or treatment.

View allAs per my recent report, I have been advised that I have thyronormalcy. I would like to know if this is something to be concerned about. I have also noticed that I am gaining fat around my lower belly quite rapidly, and regular workouts do not seem to be helping. I also have a history of ovarian cysts. Do I need to consider any medical treatment, or should I continue with regular exercise and lifestyle changes?

My gynecologist has asked me to undergo a follicular study. I have taken four scans starting from the 5th day of my menstrual cycle. The scan on the 13th day reported the right follicle as 26 mm and the left follicle as 12 mm. How long will it take for the follicle to rupture? Is there any problem with my report?

Respected Doctors, please interpret the report for me. Do I have any serious problem? My report says both the ovaries appear normal in size but show multiple small follicles with no dominant follicle in either ovary. No adnexal mass is seen. No free fluid is seen in the abdomen or pelvis. No mass, lump, or collection is seen. No abnormally dilated bowel loops are seen. Aorta and IVC are normal in caliber. Both psoas muscles are normal. Impression: possible PCOD. Suggestion: hormonal correlation.
