In my report it is mentioned that the semen passed the WHO strict criteria for count and morphology but failed to pass for motility. Can you please explain what this means?

Your sperm count and shape are normal, but the movement motility is low. This can affect fertility but is often manageable with lifestyle changes or treatment.

As per my recent report, I have been advised that I have thyronormalcy. I would like to know if this is something to be concerned about. I have also noticed that I am gaining fat around my lower belly quite rapidly, and regular workouts do not seem to be helping. I also have a history of ovarian cysts. Do I need to consider any medical treatment, or should I continue with regular exercise and lifestyle changes?

Hello, I am attaching my medical report and would appreciate it if you could help me understand the main issue so I can begin appropriate treatment. The doctor mentioned that I have a gallbladder stone, a kidney stone, and an endometriotic cyst, and said these conditions may make it difficult for me to conceive. I have been prescribed the following medications for pain management, Calpol 500 mg (2 tablets, three times a day), Naprosyn 500 mg (twice a day), Tramazac 50 mg (three times a day), and Pantop 40 mg (to be taken on an empty stomach). I am quite worried and would like to know if any of these conditions are serious and what should be my next steps.
