My report is showing GGT 234.11, SGOT 129, SGPT 217, triglycerides 236, VLDL cholesterol 46, and uric acid 8.7. Please suggest.

All these suggest fatty liver, alcohol overuse, or metabolic syndrome. GGT and liver enzymes are very high. Uric acid is also raised. Immediate lifestyle changes are needed to avoid alcohol, fried foods, sugar. Start on liver support meds after consulting a doctor.
