Fatty liver can be managed with diet and exercise. The hernia is small and not life threatening unless it becomes painful, swollen, or cannot be pushed back. Regular follow up and lifestyle changes are key. Avoid heavy weight lifting

Question

I am addicted to alcohol and want to quit now. I have done my LFT and attached my report. Please suggest how serious my condition is right now?

Why is the color of my eyes not recovering after jaundice even though I have completely recovered? How can I make them return to normal? I recovered from jaundice with proper treatment, and my blood report is completely normal. It has been two months since recovery, but my eyes still look yellow.
