My report shows fatty liver infiltration and an umbilical hernia measuring 2.5 x 2.2 cm. I would like to know what the recommended treatment options are and whether this condition is life threatening.

Fatty liver can be managed with diet and exercise. The hernia is small and not life threatening unless it becomes painful, swollen, or cannot be pushed back. Regular follow up and lifestyle changes are key. Avoid heavy weight lifting
