Fatty liver can be managed with diet and exercise. The hernia is small and not life threatening unless it becomes painful, swollen, or cannot be pushed back. Regular follow up and lifestyle changes are key. Avoid heavy weight lifting

I have been experiencing body pain and fever. My doctor suggested a blood test for dengue (IgG/IgM/NS1), SGPT/SGOT, and CBC, as these symptoms could indicate a dengue infection.
