This is my routine blood test report, which I take every 3 to 6 months to check my thyroid. Last time, the doctor advised me to take Thyronorm 75 mg tablet, which I completed yesterday. I have now gone for my checkup. I just want to know whether I have to continue the same medicine or not. My reports are attached above.

If your TSH is still above normal, you may need to continue or adjust the dose. Do not stop without consulting your doctor.

View allMy mother has had thyroid issues for a long time and she takes her medicine regularly. She works a lot at home but is still unable to reduce her weight. She has rheumatoid arthritis and because of it, she is unable to do exercise or any extra outdoor activity to reduce weight. Painkillers have side effects on her, so she is now taking Ayurvedic medicines for pain relief. Recently, I had her general health test done through 1mg. Her thyroid was slightly high and her WBC count was elevated, but not to the extent that needs immediate medical attention. She is coping well, but there are some gaps in her healthcare. She has visited different doctors, but things are still not improving. I am unable to find a correct doctor for her so that we can take proper care of her health?

I have been experiencing skin rashes on and off for the past 3 months and used Montair LC or Cetirizine whenever they appeared. When I visited a dermatologist, he prescribed an anti allergic medication for a month and suggested some tests. In those tests, my TSH came out as 7.5 microIU/mL.
