My RTPCR test was negative, but my husband test was positive. Since yesterday, I have been experiencing mild cough and body aches, but no fever. What should be my next steps?

After direct exposure and symptoms like cough and body pain, a COVID RTPCR test is strongly advised. Isolate until your test result is available. Even mild symptoms can indicate infection.

Today is 19th, and my husband has not developed any symptoms. He is the only asymptomatic person with a negative RT PCR test done on 16th, even though he is in close contact with all members 24x7 in the same house. This has got me worried as I am at a different place. What can be the reason? What should be done? PS: My husband had COVID last September during the first wave, but his antibody test report came negative in December.
