My son had some beetroot rice this afternoon, and now his urine has turned a pinkish color 34 times. Should I be worried about this, or is it normal?

Don't worry, the pink color in your son's urine is likely due to the betalains, a pigment found in beetroot, which can temporarily change urine color; this condition is harmless and should resolve on its own within 24 hours as the pigment is excreted from the body.
