My son is passing stools three times a day, two times normally and once in very small quantity. The doctor suggested a stool test. The results of stool tests are attached. After the first test, Walamycin was prescribed for 5 days. I gave it for 3 days and stopped because his stools became normal. However, in the retest, I see pus cells again in his stool. Please suggest what should be done next.

Is paste like yellow stool common with IBS? No matter how much fiber I add or how much water I drink, the majority of my stool is like this. I eat apple, banana, and oats daily in the morning for fiber. I do not eat junk food, totally stopped for a year. Is this IBS?
