My test report shows MPV as 13.7 and RDW as 16.8. Is this a problem? Could you please suggest?

Both values are mildly elevated and may indicate early changes in platelet function or red blood cell variation. If you are healthy and CBC is otherwise normal, its not alarming. Repeat if symptoms like fatigue or bruising appear.

My 5 year old daughter has very frequent nosebleeds at least twice a week since she was 1 year old. Botroclot, neosporin ointment, and ice are being used continuously. She bleeds heavily and it does not stop until Botroclot is used. Blood report with respect to clotting is normal. We were told it will normalize as she grows but we are very worried.
