In my urine microbiology test report, bacteria is positive. I am taking Ayurvedic medicines: Neeri tablet, Mahasudarshan kada, Chandraprabhavati, and Amritarishta. How long can I expect relief? My symptoms are fever (99.2 to 99.4), occasional headache, and body pain.

Bacteria+ in urine suggests a urinary tract infection. Delay in treatment can worsen infection. Monitor your fever and consult a doctor if no improvement.
Dr. Hema Suggests...
Take a Urine Culture Test Test or Take a CBC Test (Complete Blood Count) Test

My urine culture report showed an infection, and I was prescribed Taxim and Urispas by a doctor. While I was on the medication, my symptoms were under control. However, today the symptoms have returned. I am experiencing burning during urination, urine leakage, abdominal discomfort, and mood irritation. The urine leakage is quite a lot and is making me very uneasy. Could you please guide me on what steps to take next?

My father blood test showed a creatinine level of 9 and potassium level of 7.56, so the doctor advised immediate dialysis. He has undergone two dialysis sessions so far, one the day before yesterday and one today. The ultrasound report shows that both kidneys are normal in size and there are no stones. However, the urine report indicates elevated RBCs and pus cells. Now, the doctor is recommending a kidney biopsy. I would like to understand what the next steps should be and whether the biopsy is necessary at this stage.
