In my urine report calcium oxalate was found and my doctor mentioned that in the future it could lead to kidney stones. Is this correct and how can I reduce the calcium oxalate?

Calcium oxalate crystals can be a sign of a tendency to form stones. To reduce the risk drink more water. Limit salt and high-oxalate foods like spinach - Reduce animal protein Please go ahead and get the 24 hour urine test done if the stone risk appears high, as this will help identify imbalances and guide prevention.
