My urine routine examination showed slightly turbid urine with a pH of 6. Urine albumin and sugar were absent. C reactive protein was 13. RBCs in urine were absent, epithelial cells were 2 to 4 per hpf, pus cells were 6 to 8 per hpf, and there were no casts or crystals. My complete blood count showed hemoglobin of 11.5?g per dL, WBC 5800, MCH 35.5?pg, and MCHC 33.3?g per dL.

Elevated CRP and pus cells suggest mild inflammation or infection. Continue hydration and antibiotics if prescribed.

I have been experiencing itching on my penis for more than three weeks, without any pain during urination. On November 1st, I had sexual contact with my girlfriend and developed red rashes on my body and pimples on my face. I consulted a dermatologist, who advised HIV and VDRL tests, both results were negative. I took some liver supporting medication for a few days, which cleared most of the rashes except on my hips. However, on December 29th, I noticed white patches on my penile foreskin. I am unsure whether this is related to a skin issue, indigestion, or something else. I have also shared a picture of the foreskin for reference. Could you please help me understand what this might be and which doctor I should consult?

I have been experiencing red rashes on the penile head and foreskin, along with a burning sensation during urination for the past one month. My urine report came back normal. I initially consulted a urologist, who advised me to see a dermatologist. I have now consulted a dermatologist and started the prescribed medications (attached for your reference).
