My urine test report is pus cells 10 to 12 per hpf, RBC 1 to 2 per hpf and epithelial cells 4 to 5 per hpf. I am 9 weeks pregnant. Is there any serious problem? What should I do?

I recently underwent dental treatment and took antibiotics during that time. I have also had a semen analysis, which showed 24 to 26 pus cells. Could taking antibiotics have caused the increase in pus cells in my semen?

My 3 years son had sudden fever on Friday night and stomach pain. Fever is coming again after 5 to 6 hours of taking medicine. He vomited once.
