My WBC count is 12,900. I am currently taking Dilzem, Rosuless, and Teneza M. What does this WBC level indicate, and should I be concerned?

A WBC count of 12,900 is slightly high, may indicate infection, inflammation, or stress. Check for symptoms like fever, sore throat, or UTI. Cardiac medicines can be continued as prescribed. Recheck your blood to monitor trend. Repeat CBC and add CRP to check for hidden infection.

Nine years ago, I had an infection following a dog bite, which caused my eosinophils to increase significantly, and I was on bed rest for 8 months. Since then, I have been doing a CBC test every year. I have noticed that my WBC and platelets have been decreasing year after year, and I randomly experience body itching. My WBC and platelets have now fallen to the lower margins. Why is this happening? Does the infection from 9 years ago have any role in this, or is there some other reason? I have consulted many doctors and searched online, but I cannot understand the reason. Can anyone help me understand this?
