Hi. I am suffering from heavy and prolonged periods after I missed my period last month. My pregnancy test report came negative. I got my periods after one month and it is heavy and almost 10 days now and not reducing. I have Tranexamic acid 500 mg and Mefenamic acid 250 mg tablets earlier given by my gynecologist with me.
