My wife complains that she breathes heavily if she walks a few meters, runs, lifts heavy weight or does housework like floor cleaning. Her blood report shows haemoglobin 11.3 and blood sugar is normal. What steps should I take in this situation?

Breathlessness may be due to low normal haemoglobin or other issues like vitamin deficiency or heart/lung causes. A cardiac evaluation and pulmonary function test are advised. Please consult a physician.

My blood report shows Anti-Chlamydial IgM Antibody of 1.28 and Anti-Chlamydia IgG of 0.16. Does this mean I have a recent infection for the first time, or could it be an old infection. I am experiencing abdominal pain, as well as pain in my leg, hand, and chest, all on the left side. My muscles also feel tight. Based on these values, how recent might the infection be. I am very scared and would really appreciate your help and guidance on what to do next.
