My wife delivered a baby six months ago. For the past 15 days, she has been experiencing regular fever up to 102F, along with headache and body pain. We have tested for COVID 19 (RT PCR) and malaria, both of which were negative. We also consulted a gynecologist to check for any breast lumps, but none were found.

Ongoing fever with body pain and headache for 15 days needs further tests since COVID and malaria tests are negative. A Complete Blood Count (CBC) can help check for infections. Urine Routine and Culture can help rule out urine infection, which is common postpartum. If fever persists, Chest Xray may help check for hidden infections. Continue monitoring temperature and hydration, and consult your doctor with these reports for further treatment.

I have been experiencing a dry cough (sukhi khansi) for the past 8 months. I have taken antibiotics and anti allergic medications several times, but there has been little improvement. My chest Xray and blood tests are normal. I work in the teaching profession. Could you please advise what might be causing this persistent cough and what steps I should take to treat it effectively?
