Question

My wife has an 18x17 mm submucous fibroid in the fundus region of her uterus, and it's indenting the endometrium. She's had four miscarriages in a row, all with bleeding between 6 to 12 weeks. Could this fibroid be causing the miscarriages? Would she need surgery to remove it?

A submucous fibroid can cause miscarriages and surgery like hysteroscopic myomectomy may be needed to improve pregnancy chances.
