The pain was really bad the first day but now it only hurts a little if I move my foot left or right. The doctor recommended taking a week off to rest and then start walking again. How long does it usually take for a fracture with a K wire to heal properly? Will walking with the K wire be painful or lead to any complications? I'm just looking for some advice on what to expect.
