Nilesh here. I have been suffering from hyperthyroidism for more than 2 years and am under treatment with Dr. Archana Juneja at Kokilaben Ambani Hospital. Despite treatment, my thyroid levels have not normalized. My latest report shows T3: 540.85, T4: 23.00, and TSH: less than 0.008. Please suggest what should be done next?

My report says thyronormalcy and my fasting blood sugar is 104.8. However, I am having symptoms like weight gain, inch loss, loss of appetite, insomnia and increased thirst.
