Before one year I had night fall which caused hurting or burning pain and after that I started getting urine symptoms. For one day I had burning while passing urine and change in urine flow. I drank a lot of water as advised, and urine burning stopped. But after a month, again, urine burning started, which stayed for some days and then went away. I get these symptoms for days, and then they come back again after a month. I have been facing this for one year. Four months ago, I had constipation, and at that time, I felt pain above the anus and hardness. Now I am getting burning while starting urine, but no burning after urine. While passing stool, urine burns, and it feels warm for around 10 to 15 minutes after pooping. Stool passes easily with no pain or burning, but some stool stays in. Is prostatitis causing this. Do I have prostatitis? I am very scared and stressed. My age is 21. I do not get any discharge from penis. My urine report shows acidic urine.

I developed an infection after having unprotected sex with my girlfriend. I started experiencing a burning sensation while urinating and noticed yellow discharge from my penis. Hi doctor my mother has to undergo cataract surgery. In her pre operative urine report her urine showed high pus cells and she received medication for it. After completing a one week course of medication she had her urine lab done again but her pus cells are still high along with high epithelial cells. Is this something very serious? I am attaching her two urine reports before and after her medication. The one marked with a pen is the first report and the one with no pen mark is the latest report.
