For the past one and a half years, I have been having muscle twitches. My creatinine was 1.37 and vitamin D 16, which is low. Calcium was 9.7, which is normal. Urine reports were normal. For two months, I was given vitamin B12 and vitamin D. Creatinine has reduced to 1.28, but I recently started having pain in my ribs. I also feel internal tremors while lying down. I searched online and it mentioned multiple myeloma. What should I do? My platelets have reduced to 113 post COVID infection. Other blood reports are fine. I am very anxious and stressed.

Muscle twitching and rib pain with low vitamin D can mimic multiple disorders. Your creatinine is mildly elevated and platelets low, likely post COVID. Internal tremors could be anxiety driven. Please repeat CBC, Serum Calcium, Vitamin D, PTH, SPEP (Serum Protein Electrophoresis) to rule out Multiple Myeloma.

Take a CBC Test (Complete Blood Count) Test or Take a Calcium Test Test
