Question

For the past two months, I have been experiencing vertigo and balance problems. I have undergone temporal bone and brain CT scans, which were normal. I do have some issues with cholesterol and blood sugar, but everything else in my blood report is normal except that my mercury level is high. Could this high mercury level be causing my balance issues and numbness?

High mercury can cause neurological symptoms. Recommend toxicology consult and test for heavy metals again if symptoms persist.

Dr. Siri Suggests...

Take a Mercury Test or Take a FBS (Fasting Blood Sugar )Test Test
