Hi, I am a 23 year old female recently diagnosed with autoimmune thyroid disease and PCOS. Although I maintain a healthy weight and have regular periods, my doctor had prescribed Cytomid 250, but I had to stop due to side effects. My acne has now resolved, but I am still bothered by pigmentation and acne scars. I undergo regular cleanups and peel treatments at a salon, but the results are slow. Could you please suggest effective ways to treat the pigmentation and scarring? I have attached pictures for reference.
