Please find attached my USG lab report and advise me about the future course of medical treatment. Kindly suggest whether I should go for gall bladder surgery or not.

If your USG shows gallstones with symptoms such as pain, indigestion, then surgery may be needed. If asymptomatic, you can wait and manage with diet changes.

View allI am not taking alcohol, oils, spices, or outside food since 20th November. At that time, my platelets were around 46k. Now they are over 1 lakh. Suddenly, my total bilirubin increased to 5. I started a Joinex related diet with more liquids, vegetables, and fruits, and I am still on it, but it is not coming down. Today the report shows bilirubin 6.49. What could be the reason and what should I do?

Hello, is a 16 cm liver a normal size? I am non alcoholic. Please look at my report and suggest what to do for an enlarged, grade 1 fatty liver. I am already following a low at diet.

I am suffering from jaundice for the last one week. Before one week my test report showed serum conjugated bilirubin is 4.20 and serum unconjugated bilirubin is 1.90. After one week my test report showed serum conjugated bilirubin is 3.95 and serum unconjugated bilirubin is 1.80. I am not understanding how serious I am right now?
