Sir, good morning. As per my current blood report, my triglycerides have reached 200. I want to reduce them below 160. Please prescribe medicine and suggest a diet. I am exercising regularly. I have to go for a medical test within 10 days, so I need to reduce triglycerides in this period. Except for triglycerides, all other tests are normal. Thank you.

In 10 days, focus on strict low fat diet, no sweets, and daily exercise. Medicines like fenofibrate or rosuvastatin may help short term. Doctor consultation needed.

View allHi. I have recently done my LFT test and found that my cholesterol is high. After seeing this report, I am a little worried and do not know what to do. I am attaching my report. Please suggest what I can do to reduce cholesterol. I live in a mess, so food is not fully under my control, but I am trying to avoid non vegetarian food. Please advise.
