Sir, I did an echocardiography test four years ago. Sometimes I experience sudden fear, and if I run fast, my heartbeat becomes fast. I will attach the echo report. Please tell me about my report.

Echo results from years ago may not reflect your current heart status. Fast heartbeat after exertion can be normal, but if you have palpitations or anxiety, you may need Holter monitoring. Please do the required cardiac and thyroid tests.
