My blood report shows Anti-Chlamydial IgM Antibody of 1.28 and Anti-Chlamydia IgG of 0.16. Does this mean I have a recent infection for the first time, or could it be an old infection. I am 50 years old and have entered menopause. My recent blood test results show a random blood sugar of 114 mg/dL, ESR of 41 mm/hr, creatinine of 0.6 mg/dL, absolute eosinophil count of 518, and uric acid of 5.7 mg/dL.
