Please check my results: Total bilirubin: 1.1 Direct bilirubin: 0.6 Indirect bilirubin: 0.5 SGOT: 45 SGPT: 46 Alkaline phosphatase: 299 According to my lab, the total alkaline phosphatase normal range is up to 308. Please confirm. Currently, I am taking Ursocol 300 mg. Can I take Amlycure syrup along with this? Please suggest any safe medicines or methods to help reduce my SGPT and SGOT levels. SGOT/SGPT mildly elevated and ALP borderlinelikely due to liver strain or fatty liver. You can continue Ursocol 300. Amlycure syrup is safe with it. To lower SGPT/SGOT, stop alcohol, eat light food, and hydrate well. Yes, take a repeat LFT after 2to3 weeks.
