Sir, two years ago I had chikungunya, but I still have severe pain and cannot stand for 5 minutes. All test reports are normal. Now my doctor says my muscles have lost total strength and he is giving me Carnisure Plus and Rhythmix XT. Please help?

Post viral fatigue and muscle loss after chikungunya is common. Your current meds (L carnitine, vitamins) are appropriate. Do daily physiotherapy, take protein rich foods, and ensure vitamin D is sufficient. Full recovery takes time.

View allFor the past one and a half years, I have been having muscle twitches. My creatinine was 1.37 and vitamin D 16, which is low. Calcium was 9.7, which is normal. Urine reports were normal. For two months, I was given vitamin B12 and vitamin D. Creatinine has reduced to 1.28, but I recently started having pain in my ribs. I also feel internal tremors while lying down. I searched online and it mentioned multiple myeloma. What should I do? My platelets have reduced to 113 post COVID infection. Other blood reports are fine. I am very anxious and stressed.
