As soon as I drink water, it becomes urine within half an hour, and I feel the urge to go to the bathroom very often. I feel like my body is not absorbing the water properly and it goes straight into my bladder. I also feel pain due to frequent urination. This problem becomes worse when I masturbate or have sex. I sometimes feel itching and moisture near that area, even though I keep it clean. Earlier, when I went to the hospital for this problem, there was a minor UTI in the test report, and the doctor prescribed antibiotics. Now, I am not sure if it is the same problem this time or something else. If it is the same, I want to know why it keeps happening and what I can do to prevent it? Thanks in advance for helping me clear my doubts.

Your symptoms suggest recurrent urinary tract infections or possible overactive bladder. Pain after sex or masturbation may indicate post micturition urethral discomfort. Hygiene alone does not rule out infections. Recurrent UTIs may need imaging and urology referral.
Dr. Bhanu Suggests...
Take a URINE ROUTINE + CULTURE SENSITIVITY Test or Take a PSA Test (Prostatic Specific Antigen) Test

I am a 27 year old married working woman. I catch infection again and again and I feel burning sensation and irritation while passing urine. I have taken an antibiotics course and a few days back I had a urine test and this is my report. I am not very convinced with the doctor so I want to consult first. Can anyone tell me why this is happening and how can it be treated so that it will not come back again and again? Please help.
