Three months ago, I underwent bypass surgery. Recent blood tests show an INR of 4. My doctor has advised taking Acitrom 1 mg. Could you please explain what this means and if this treatment is appropriate?

INR raised is suggesting that blood is clotting not properly hence the dose of Acitrom should be checked by your doctor and reduced accordingly. Repeat INR and clotting factors blood test . Rest precautions of not bleeding due to injury should be kept in mind

Some tests were done and the doctor said it is because of vitamin K and gave him a shot last month in July, but the patches are still coming. I am attaching the blood report and pictures of the patches. Please help.

I am currently 22 weeks pregnant and have tested APLA positive. I have been prescribed Enoxaparin 40 mg injections daily. I have attached my recent APTT and PT reports for your review. Could you please let me know if the current dose of Enoxaparin (40 mg) is appropriate for my condition, or if any adjustments are needed?
