Three months postpartum I have feet swelling. Urine report shows pus cells 2 to 3/hpf and RBC 0 to 1/hpf. Is it normal?

Mild pus and RBCs in urine can be normal, especially postpartum. However, persistent swelling may indicate other issues like kidney or cardiac problems. Monitor BP and consult a doctor if swelling persists.
