Today I did a blood test, and it shows WBC 14,500. What is the problem?

A WBC count of 14,500 indicates the body is likely fighting an infection or inflammation. It could be due to a recent illness, such as cold, flu, or other bacterial infections. If you have symptoms like fever, fatigue, or localized pain, consult a doctor.

Take a CBC Test (Complete Blood Count) Test or Take a CRP Test (C - Reactive Protein) Test

I had cold, cough, and fever two weeks ago. I consulted a doctor who prescribed antibiotics (Amoxicillin 625 mg), Paracetamol 500 mg, and Ascoril cough syrup. After a week, the cold and cough continued with a runny nose, so he gave me some cold tablets for two days, which helped temporarily. Now, I am again experiencing severe cold, cough, chills, and a temperature of 97 to 99F since yesterday. Today, I consulted the doctor again, and he recommended some blood and urine tests. I have attached the reports. He is asking me to take IV therapy daily for four days along with more antibiotics. I shared my medical history, and he suggested getting a second opinion from you regarding this treatment. Should I continue treatment with him, or should I go to a bigger hospital? Please advise. I have had neck muscle and some joint pain for the past four months, followed by headache and fatigue all day. I got a CBC done, which showed high atypical lymphocytes, and then I had a peripheral blood smear done. Are these reports normal?

10 years ago, I was diagnosed and treated for Hodgkin lymphoma. After one year of ABVD chemotherapy, my report was normal. What is the chance it will come back? Do I need any checkups, and if yes, please mention them.
