As per ultrasonography two months ago I had a lower ureteric stone on the right side. Today I did another ultrasonography and the report says no calculus found on either side but mild right renal PCS dilatation and proximal hydroureter?

Your recent ultrasound shows the stone has likely passed, which is good. Mild PCS dilatation and hydroureter may be due to past blockage. Drinking fluids and follow up is important.

I recently found in my report that a nonobstructive small calyceal calculus of size 2 to 3 mm is seen in the upper pole of the left side kidney. Please advise what should I do? What type of diet should be taken?
