I've had a hydrocele in my right testicle since 2008 and got surgery in 2015, but the size still isn't normal and it hurts when I touch it. Why hasn't it gone back to normal and what could be causing the pain even after surgery?
It's understandable to be concerned about the persistence of your hydrocele and the pain you're experiencing. While hydrocele surgery, or hydrocelectomy, is usually successful, there are instances where the hydrocele may not completely resolve or cause post-surgical pain

I've been wondering and I'm a bit worried because when I was around 16, I used to masturbate a lot and applied pressure on my penis against the bed. Now, my outer skin has kind of opened up, and the inner skin is exposed. I'm concerned if this could cause any issues in the future. Could you give me some advice on whether this might be a problem?
Sounds like you may have experienced some trauma to the skin of your penis. If the inner skin is now exposed to the environment, it is important to keep the area clean to prevent infection. You can apply an antibiotic ointment like Neosporin twice a day to the affected area. Additionally, you can take an over-the-counter pain reliever like Tylenol to help with any discomfort. If you notice any signs of infection such as increased redness, swelling, warmth, or pus-like discharge, please seek medical attention promptly. It's also important to avoid any further trauma to the area to allow it to heal properly.
